Conference and Meetings

Stylishly furnished with “eight hour” chairs for improved comfort, the suite has its own private entrance, foyer and cloakroom facilities. It’s wheelchair friendly, with easy, level access, disabled toilet facilities and dedicated disabled parking close to the entrance.

It’s an extremely flexible venue, which can be sub-divided into four self-contained rooms with the use of moveable, soundproofed screens. Each section of the suite is equipped with modern audio-visual equipment, including ceiling-mounted screens, LCD projectors, a sound system and a hearing loop.

The room benefits from plenty of natural light as well as air-conditioning and adjustable lighting but blackout facilities can also be provided, should you prefer. And of course, there is complimentary hi-speed Wi-Fi or wired Internet access throughout.

A dedicated conference manager is on hand to offer full support in the use of the audio visual system, eliminating the need to bring or hire an AV technician of your own. They can also help with the organisation of your event, should you wish.

Meeting Rooms

Each of our five meeting rooms has the advantage of air-conditioning, adjustable heating and lighting and plenty of natural daylight, although we can also provide blackout facilities if you prefer. Complimentary hi-speed Wi-Fi or wired Internet access is available in all areas and still and sparkling mineral water, pads and pencils and sweets are also provided.

Meeting rooms 1, 2, 3 and 4 are located on the first floor and provide an ideal environment for smaller meetings. Refreshments can either be served in the meeting room or, for a change of scene, in our oak-panelled lounge. 
Meeting room 5 is situated on the ground floor, but is set apart from our main conference area, making it ideal for a quiet, uninterrupted meeting. Refreshments can either be taken in the meeting room or on the patio - weather permitting. While this room is situated on the ground floor, it is accessed via the first floor of the hotel and disabled access can easily be arranged.

Flexible catering options are available for parties of any size, including a dedicated conference restaurant offering a carvery lunch or a choice of buffets. We also offer a selection of “working lunches” which can be served in the meeting rooms. Smaller groups are welcome to dine in our Walled Garden Bistro, should they prefer.
