Our Conference Venue
The Barton Suite is perfect for larger meetings and can accommodate up to 300 delegates. Stylishly furnished with “eight hour” chairs for improved comfort, the suite has its own private entrance, foyer and cloakroom facilities. It’s wheelchair friendly, with easy, level access, disabled toilet facilities and dedicated disabled parking close to the entrance.
It’s an extremely flexible venue which can be sub-divided into four self contained rooms with the use of moveable, sound-proofed screens. Each section of the suite is equipped with modern audio-visual equipment, including ceiling-mounted screens, LCD projectors, a sound system and a hearing loop.
The room benefits from plenty of natural light as well as air-conditioning and adjustable lighting but blackout facilities can also be provided, should you prefer. And of course, there is complimentary hi-speed wi-fi or wired internet access throughout.
A dedicated conference manager is on hand to offer full support in the use of the audio visual system, eliminating the need to bring or hire an AV technician of your own. They can also help with the organisation of your event, should you wish.
