This outstanding venue, in the heart of Lancashire, is looking for a Head Chef to develop their promising business and strive for distinction. You will manage and strive to lead the kitchen team to outstanding success though every aspect of this thriving and growing business.

Offering a fresh, seasonal menus, prepared using only quality ingredients, the Walled Garden restaurant that has always had a strong local clientele.. We work very closely with local Lancashire suppliers to ensure the fresh ingredients and as part of Exclusive Hotel Management and owned by the Topping family we are keen to develop on its potential. With help of a new Head Chef, we are looking to drive the business forward. We are keen for the right Head Chef to express creativity with the menus, as well as expressing control over various dining atmospheres; such as banqueting and weddings. As Head Chef, you will maintain excellent relationships within all restaurant/function areas, as well as with external customers and suppliers. You should also continue to maintain the reputation for quality dining and preferably working in 1 rosette establishments before.

The experienced Head Chef will be passionate and highly motivated. You should be eager to take on the challenge of running what is a hugely successful kitchen team at this fantastic establishment. As Head Chef, you will develop relationships with your team, suppliers and ensure that high standards are met and maintained at all times. You will also be responsible for health and safety and be complaint with all HACCP & EHO regulations and requirements

Chef De Partie


We are looking for an experienced CDP to join our kitchen brigade. 

You must be able to deliver an exceptional dining experience within the hotel.

The right person for the job must have relevant experience in a restaurant and hotel environment and currently employed to at least CDP level.

Assistant Restaurant Manger Advertisement
