At Barton Grange we’d like to invite you to dine, celebrate and dance the night away. The occasion? That’s entirely up to you. From a private party to a grand formal occasion, we just love putting on a ‘do’ in our splendid function rooms.
Your very own Barton Grange Banqueting Manager will help plan everything down to the last detail to ensure you’re completely happy and most importantly be there on the day to oversee the whole event. Our approach is always to give you an event delivered with warmth, genuine friendliness and good humour (and the food is rather good too).
Host your Event with us and we will include all of these (unless, of course you’d like to do things differently).

Depending on guest numbers, menu choice and your chosen day, there may also be a Room Hire fee. But if you’re able to be flexible, our ‘boffins’ in the office will work out if we can avoid this.
In addition, we can also provide:
- Chair covers from £3.95 per chair
- Floral Vases from £18.00 per vase
- And of course our resident DJ from £320.00
- A String Quartet or Jazz Band for Arrival/Drinks Reception (p.o.a)
- A Table Magician to entertain your guests (p.o.a)
- A Film Crew to record the whole event for posterity (p.o.a)
